Integrata Acquires Koncept HR to Strengthen Its Payroll Operations in Sweden

Through the acquisition of Koncept HR, Integrata takes over the company’s payroll operations in Sweden. The purchase strengthens Integrata’s presence in the Swedish market – and gives more customers access to the company’s digital solutions.

Finland’s leading payroll and HR provider, Integrata, takes the next step in its Swedish expansion by acquiring Borås-based Koncept HR. Integrata will take over and continue operating the Payroll business unit, while the former owners will continue to run other HR services independently under a new company, Koncept HR Partner i Sverige AB.

Koncept HR has built a strong customer base of both large and small companies, particularly in Western Sweden. With the acquisition, Integrata gains a broader geographical presence, while customers benefit from the company’s digital platforms and solutions for automation and integration.

Integrata established itself in Sweden earlier this year with the ambition to transform how companies manage payroll and HR processes. From the outset, the goal was to combine organic growth with acquisitions to quickly build a strong market position. The acquisition is part of Integrata’s long-term strategy to reach a turnover of SEK 55 million in Sweden within two years.
