Framework for Sustainability

Our approach to sustainability is based on identifying, monitoring, and reducing the (carbon) footprint of our operations, as well as increasing our positive handprint in various ways.

Our handprint is created by a human-centric corporate culture and technological solutions that streamline our customers’ HR and payroll processes, increase the efficiency of both Integrata employees and our customers, and promote a more human-centred and intelligent working life.

Integrata has identified three UN Sustainable Development Goals as the basis for its own sustainability work.

Climate action

Our goal is to minimize the
climate impact of our operations. We calculate emissions with the help of a partner (Carbonlink). We intend to reduce our negative impacts on the climate every year. Integrata compensates for the remaining Scope 1 and 2 emissions through a partner.

Peace, justice and strong institutions

Integrata is committed to fair and good governance as well as honest and ethical business practices in all respects, including communication, contracts, and competition. Integrata complies with a high standard for information security and data protection (ISO 27001) and ensures cybersecurity.

Decent work and economic growth

Our growth is built on sustainable and responsible business practices that combine profitability, humanity, and an ecofriendly approach. We are building a long-term business that supports the wellbeing of our employees, the success of our customers, and the development of society.

Social responsibility

Social responsibility is part of decision-making at all levels of our organization. Integrata is committed to acting responsibly and promoting social responsibility in all aspects of its operations.

Integrata’s social responsibility goals are based on the
principles of sustainable development, especially the promotion of decent work and economic growth. Our choices aim to create sustainable workplaces and a corporate culture that has a positive impact on the entire industry and society.

We also nurture and promote a culture of continuous learning: At Integrata, people want to learn (motivation), have the skills to learn (capability), and have the energy to keep learning (wellbeing). As the competence of our employees grows, so does the future capability of Integrata, our customers, and ideally the entire industry.

Environmental sustainability

Integrata’s carbon footprint was 667 tCO₂e in 2024. Integrata’s carbon footprint has been calculated since 2021. In 2021–2023, Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a small share of Scope 3 emissions were included in the calculation.

In 2024, we automated our carbon footprint calculation with our partner (Carbonlink) to cover our entire value chain, including all indirect greenhouse gas emissions. This allows us to clearly and transparently distinguish between Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions for the first time.

Integrata is committed to gradually reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from its own operations in line with its carbon neutrality goal. Our goal is to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions annually and to improve our operating methods in a way that minimizes Scope 3 emissions across our supply chain and digital services.

Economic and social sustainability

Integrata is committed to acting ethically also from an economic perspective. Economic responsibility means ensuring profitability and competitiveness. This entails striving to consider economic impacts not only for our own organization but also for society as a whole.

As a growth company, we emphasize learning at work. Integrata also takes shared responsibility by training new professionals for the industry through its various entry programs. As part of its social responsibility, Integrata has supported annually, through financial donations, charitable causes it has identified as important.

Integrata offers its customers an Analytics service, which also includes ESG reporting for their own personnel.

Integrata’s social handprint is also visible to its customers through the HR and payroll systems it provides, as well as the automation and integration solutions developed alongside them, which reduce manual work and human error.

Digital responsibility

Information security is at the core of our operations, reinforced by an ISO 27001-certified information security management system and the industry-recognized ISAE 3402 (Type II) payroll audit report.

We adhere to high standards of information security, data protection, and risk management to ensure a reliable and cyber-secure service environment for our customers.

In the strategy refined in 2024, growth will be sought particularly through internationalization and technological development. Integrata is investing in technological innovations which generate value broadly across society.

Business partner Code of Conduct

During 2025, we will ask our partners and suppliers to sign an ethical business agreement to ensure compliance with sustainable development principles together. Our partners sign the ethical guidelines at the start of the collaboration.
