The register also contains information that is more specifically detailed in the privacy statements of the Google Firebase service that implements the data collection.

Customer HR systems can be used as a regular source of personal data when agreed with the customer.

Servers and technical infrastructure may be owned and managed by third-party providers. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA only to countries with adequate protection or to providers adhering to EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Privacy Shield Framework.

The register is maintained in an online environment. The systems are protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical safeguards. Access is limited to authorized Integrata employees or partners. Devices are secured, and confidentiality obligations apply. Data is classified as confidential.

Individuals have the right to view their data once per year free of charge.
